Grain LNG Divestment Completed: A New Era Begins

We are pleased to announce that the divestment of Grain LNG has officially been completed, marking a significant milestone in our journey. In August, it was revealed that a consortium of Centrica PLC and Energy Capital Partners LLC would be acquiring our terminal, and today we celebrate the successful transition of ownership.

With Centrica's extensive expertise as a multinational energy company and Energy Capital Partners' focus on the energy transition, we are confident that this new partnership will bring fresh perspectives and opportunities to our operations.
